Fran Hidalgo is President and CEO of HOA Management Company. Her decades of experience managing financial services, relationships with Board of Directors, property management on site and offsite make her a compassionate and well rounded operations professional.

Gabriel Hidalgo is an accounting professional specializing in homeowners association management and financial operations. With experience supporting HOA communities, Gabriel is skilled in budgeting, financial reporting, vendor coordination, and maintaining organized, accurate records for associations of varying sizes. Known for his efficiency, professionalism, and detail-oriented approach, he is committed to helping communities operate smoothly through reliable financial oversight and strong operational support.

Alyssa Rodriguez is Executive Director of Operations. She specializes in onsite coordination, account management and business planning.

Gerald Rodriguez serves as Director of Field Services for H.O.A. Management Services, bringing a diverse background in logistics, construction project management, customer relations, and community service. With more than 10 years of experience managing construction projects and over 5 years in logistics operations, Gerald has developed strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills that support the successful maintenance and operation of residential communities.

Prior to joining the HOA industry, Gerald worked as an Account Executive for one of the nation’s leading mortgage lenders, where he built a reputation for exceptional customer service, communication, and client relationship management. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he is committed to creating clear communication and positive experiences for homeowners, board members, vendors, and residents alike.

As Director of Field Services, Gerald oversees community inspections, vendor coordination, maintenance operations, project management, compliance follow-through, and the overall upkeep of association properties. He works closely with vendors, contractors, and management teams to ensure communities are maintained to high standards while delivering responsive service and operational efficiency.

Outside of work, Gerald is a devoted husband and father, a passionate cook, and an active member of his community. He takes pride in applying his knowledge, leadership, and hands-on experience to every community he serves while providing dependable support and outstanding customer care.

Jordan Bendorf is an onsite property manager. He manages the day to day needs of respective associations with professionalism and ease. He oversees the physical maintenance of associations, attends and leads board meetings and handles inspections.

Joseph Sosa is also an onsite property manager. He handles vendor relationships, record organization, contractor and supports emergency response on a day to day basis.

Jean Paul Balarezo is our office manager and junior accountant. He handles daily operations, maintenance requests and tenant relations.

Jaya Shah handles administrative and technical operations at HOA Management Services. She has experience in customer relations and manages the company’s technical assets which include their website and software management tools.
